The Tannery is on course to become one of Irelands finest steak houses with great emphasis placed on the sourcing, preparing and cooking of meats; hand selected from some of the best herds on this island. The Bistro, which is open daily, serves a wide selection of dishes, to cater for all palettes. With slick interior design, rich fabrics, creative colours and affordable wines coupled with great service, make it a popular choice. In the dining room food is only served on Friday and Saturday evenings from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant serves a la carte, but also runs a carvery every Sunday from 12:30pm – 3:30pm and can be used for private functions, parties etc depending on availability. Booking is welcomed.
